I visited this quaint pub with my family last week and had such a great time. The service was impeccable; our server was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We started with some sharing platters, which were delicious and plentiful. I particularly loved the homemade hummus – it was so flavourful! For mains, I had the burger, which was juicy and packed with flavour. One thing I really appreciated was the kids' menu; it had some great options that my children actually enjoyed. The only small issue we faced was that it got a bit noisy as it filled up later in the evening, but that's to be expected in a lively pub. Overall, a lovely experience, and I can't wait to come back, especially for the Sunday roast I heard so much about!

I recently visited this lovely pub, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a rustic décor that made it feel like a true getaway. I was particularly impressed by the extensive drinks menu; not only did they offer a fantastic selection of local ales, but their wine list was also quite impressive. I opted for the special of the day – a hearty steak pie, and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and the gravy was rich and comforting. The only minor downside was that it took a little time for the food to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I can't recommend this place enough for a casual night out with friends or a cosy dinner. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu!

What a gem I found! I had the pleasure of visiting this pub recently, and it has quickly become one of my favourite spots. The ambience is spot on – perfect for a relaxed evening. The live music night was an unexpected highlight; the band was fantastic, and it really added to the vibe. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was cooked to perfection – the batter was light and crispy, and the fish was fresh. I do think their dessert menu could use a bit more variety, as I was hoping for a chocolate option but only saw a fruit tart. Overall, the experience was delightful, and I will definitely be returning very soon!

Absolutely loved my time at this pub! The vibe was so laid back, and the various seating areas made it easy to find a cosy spot. I tried their signature ale, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had in ages. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, which made for a lovely relaxed evening. I did notice that the menu was a bit limited in terms of vegetarian options; I would love to see more choices for non-meat eaters. Still, the dish I chose was tasty, and I appreciate how fresh everything seemed. Can't wait to visit again, especially to try their weekend brunch!

What a delightful experience at this pub! I popped in for a quick drink after work and ended up staying for dinner because the atmosphere was just so inviting. The interior is charming, a perfect blend of traditional and modern décor. I ordered a classic burger and it was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavourful. My only critique would be the lack of alternative drinks for those who do not drink alcohol; a few more non-alcoholic options would make it even better. The staff were genuinely friendly, and I felt very welcome throughout my visit. Overall, a lovely pub with great food and an enjoyable atmosphere – I’ll definitely be back!
